IN LOVING MEMORY 1970-2016

My heart is heavy, my eyes have filled with tears and the emotion has taken over me today as I learn that the world has lost a true icon, hero, friend, daughter, sister, aunt and inspiration to millions. Joanie Laurer was found unresponsive in her home on Wednesday. Myself along with millions of Chyna fans around the world will mourn this day. My thoughts are prayers go out to Chyna's family and friends.

Although she may be gone she will remain in the hearts of those who love her and will live on through her work forever!

More than just an icon in the wrestling ring Chyna was a vegan, an animal rights activist who loved dogs of all breeds. Chyna inspired many fans to change their eating habits and understand the mistreatment of animals going on in the world.

Although rarely publicly reported Chyna did many charity events for animal rescues including the Celebrity Catwalk for Charity and the Nutts for Mutts charity show.

RIP JOANIE! YOU WERE A GOOD PERSON! WE LOVE YOU! WE ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL!

  1. Webmaster, I think your name is Ian if I remember correctly - Thank you for always keeping this site going. You always stood by Chyna through thick and thin and I know she had to appreciate that. You never spoke one negative word about her and always loved her no matter what.

  2. She was such an inspiration to women wanting to become wrestlers, despite what people may say and judge about her mistakes and her setbacks in life, shes human, and she struggled in a life that was not only challenging, but something she wanted so desperately to set right, I personally wished that WWE would have put her name in the Hall of Fame before her passing, this woman deserves it no matter what her personal past consisted, she was an inspiration to many and she proved that as a woman in the ring she could be just as good as the men winning more than just the women's title, she is a legend in the ring and she is truly a good ,hearted women who battled many personal demons in her life. You are at peace now, and never do you have to worry about the stresses in your life that caused you such emotional pain.
