PLASTIC JONES AND CHYNA

Chyna's managers have informed alivingwonder.com that Chyna will be starring in a new music video for the indy rock band, "The Plastic Jones". Chyna has performed drums and background vocals for The Plastic Jones in the past at several events and in their song "Metal Mulisha" and is reportedly looking forward to appearing in the music video for that song. CHYNA IN NEW MOVIE

IMDB.com reports that Chyna will be playing the role of Racheal in a new movie called "Easy A" due out in theaters everywhere on September 17, 2010. The film stars Amanda Bynes and Emma Stone.

CHYNA DELAYS CLOTHING AND PERFUME LINES

Chyna has officially postponed the release of her new clothing line and the release of her "Candy Kiss" perfume line which she was working on with photographer and designer Emillio O (who recently won a 'Dancing With the Stars' design competition). The reason behind the delay is because she is currently focusing on several other projects including a new book with Judith Regan, movies and several television projects in development. It seems at this time that Chyna doesn't want to take on too much of a work load at once, as she has several big projects in the works right now.

CHYNA OFF THE HOOK IN ASSAULT INVESTIGATION

TMZ.com has reported the following on their website...

TMZ has learned that that former WWE star Chyna will not face criminal charges over an alleged incident in which she allegedly beat the daylights out of another woman in a motel room in L.A. As we previously reported, Chyna was named in a criminal complaint filed by a woman named Gabriela Targos, who told LAPD cops that Chyna battered her so badly back in April, she thought she was gonna die. But now, the L.A. City Attorney has officially rejected the case, claiming there's "insufficient evidence" that can prove Chyna carried out the attack. Calls to Chyna have not been returned.

Contactmusic.com also reported that investigators contacted hotel security and reportedly learned through hotel staff and security cameras that Gabriela Targos arrived at the hotel with bruises on her prior to meeting with Chyna on the day in question, leading investigators to believe any markings on Gabriela Targos' body were not inflicted by Chyna but instead by a possible third party.

Chyna has made no comments regarding the case and has not been seen at public appearances in several months, one thing that is certain, no charges will be filed against Chyna as there is no evidence to support Targos' claims and the case has been closed.

CHYNA AT RESCUE HUMANITY FOUNDATION BENEFIT SHOW

Chyna is just one of many guests tentatively scheduled to appear at the "2010 Summer Solstice @ the Playboy Mansion" charity event benefiting the Rescue Humanity Foundation. The event will be held from 8:00pm until 1:00am on Saturday July 24th, 2010 at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. In addition there will be the 2nd Annual "Concorso Exotica car show" sponsored by the "RPM Lounge" and held during the "Summer Solstice Event" and a celebrity Playmate fashion show.

Some of Chyna's representatives have informed alivingwonder.com that Chyna is ok now and is doing much better after having a brief rough time. Right now Chyna is just taking a little time off to relax after a very stressful time. The rep of Chyna's also added that the assault allegations against Chyna were "false" and thanked all the fans for their support. (The assault case is expected to close soon without any arrests being made)
