MOVIE OF THE WEEK: BEYOND THE MAT

This week's movie of the week is Beyond the Mat, while this isn't directly a "Chyna movie", Chyna was featured in this documentary early on in her WWF career. The documentary was shot during her time in D-Generation X and Chyna had not yet won the Intercontinental title when it was filmed. When it was finally released Chyna had already competed in the King of the Ring and had been the Intercontinental Champion for a few days. No woman and very few men rose to stardom as quickly as Chyna. Her segment in this documentary was short but it wouldn't be long before Chyna would be one of the most popular superstars in wrestling history and a pop culture phenomenon with millions of fans.
